AffiDYE® GelRed (10,000X) - 0.5 mL

A cutting‑edge fluorescent nucleic acid dye that replaces ethidium bromide in DNA/RNA gel electrophoresis offering superior sensitivity, strong thermal stability, and safer disposal. 

Post‑stain (Recommended)

- Run gel (e.g. 1% agarose with standard buffer). 

- Prepare 3× dye working solution (e.g., 15 µL stock + 50 mL 0.1 M NaCl). 

- Soak gel for 15–30 min with gentle agitation. 

- Observe under UV or blue light — no wash, no destain 

Pre‑stain (In‑gel)

- Dilute stock directly into molten agarose at 1:10 000 before casting. 

- Run gel with your samples. 

- Visualize bands post-run—fast, one-step method.
